the wood grain is actually a decal that comes in the kit mate.
I have used them and then cleared over them.almost looks real.

Everybody should have at least two of these, like the F1 it's a good kit to build and can be modified quite easily with different drivetrains and suspension options.

Good job Marshie, the Golden Brown colour really suits it, specially with the light interior.
