Removing 1/18 wheels .....Tips and tricks.

I`m about to replace the wheels on one of my 1/18 scale cars and i`m after some help to do it so i dont end up scratching /marking or destroying the car completely in the process. I did see a thread where some one pulls aprt a 1/18 race car step by step but i cant remeber the name of the thread,
