ECTO 1 HEARSE
Hello all, this is my first post with-out Adams help, i hope it goes right,
Good old Ghost-busters wagon, i removed the kitchen sink etc that this model had molded onto and inside it. Replaced it with a coffin
made from icy pole sticks and lined it with red satin. Played around abit with the air-brush to give it that "cemetary " feel, dropped it on its belly ,
a bit of BMF to finish it off.

hope you like, more to come, got a bit of a collection. CHEERS, DeeCee!

Im really impressed with the quality of the paint jobs on the cars you 2 do. Do you have a painting background? I can only dream of getting finishes like yours !
Gotta love those old caddy's ...wonder how many WW2 aircraft carriers they had to melt down to make one hehehe !

Re: ECTO 1 HEARSE
Very good job on the paint. Especially considering the amount of junk you have to remove from the Ecto body to get it smooth.
Did you rebuild the interior or just hide the ghostbusting gubbins with flowers?
I see yours also has the horizontal parallel lines runningright around the windows. Any idea why? I thought it was just a flaw in my kit but obviously not.

Re: ECTO 1 HEARSE
Thanks for the approval, zenrat, i lined the interior with wood (icypole sticks) . Being an old ambulance before they ghost-bustered it, there would have been a chrome like reflective sticker type thing to stop people from geeking at the dead an injured.( saw it in some old movies). Doorslammerfan, just go with it, if you don't like what comes out of the air-brush, block it back and try again mate, or pollish like hell and hope that fixes it.
cheers all, Dale
