1961 Chevy Impala 2dht

I just completed this one.
A 1961 Chevrolet Impala 2dht buildt from a lindberg kit mostly out of the box. changed the valve cover for better looking one from a amt 58 impala and wheels from parts box.
First try on PE inside and outside.

A very sharp clean build. Your detailing is superb and colour choice perfect. It's a beautiful looking car.

BTW what is "PE" (please excuse my ignorance).

Looks sweet. Agree with Tezza - nice clean buils and great colour selection. Nice work with the PE also. Good job!

Tezza - PE is Photo etched, you know those little metal parts on trees or backing rubber that is made by etching metal with a solvent. There those little meatl parts that are made to drive us craZY to get them off the tree and into the right shape, then glue them on without the carpet eating them.
