6 x revell 32 ford 3 window coupes

Hey guys here's a lot of revell 32 fords I built a couple of months back. I mainly build Pro street muscle cars, so though it was time to do something different.
the first one (the purple one) I built right out of the box, no mods. It was really boring and I picked them up really cheap as a bulk lot of 8, so thought I'd play around with the others and have a first attempt at a chop top (black one) and some rusty junker looking rat rods. hope ya's like them, I had a lot of fun building these ones. Feel free to ask any questions

lol, now you mention it it does look like the fire wall goes straight through, its actually a little chrome plate, so it would be a reflection we're seeing I don't mind the modern wheels, those 2 are street rods with modern suspension etc and were built to be total opposites of each other. yeah, they're the sort of thing you'd either love or hate

In saying that, they would both look nice with some whitewalls and some chrome steelies.

You've been a busy boy Dan. I like your work, and I reckon the black rat rod is my favourite. I don't mind the choice of wheels - very creative IMO. Some of them look like resin cast wheels?

Fricken awesome work Dan, love the rats the best but beaut paint on the shinys' .. What are you doing to get them so low at the front?

Nice work on the 32's. I'm liking the street rods the best. More my style if I ever get around to rebuilding my 32.

Which tourist drive is the "big wheelbarrow" on? Hadn't heard of that tourist icon before.

Love all the 32 builds, but I think the shiny ones are a standout, don't get me wrong the ratty ones are great too. The top chop on the black one looks neat. How did you get them so low.

Hey guys, cheers for all the kind words not one of my mates or anyone I really know builds models so its great to get some feedback from other builders. This place has been a great inspiration.
As for getting them sitting really low, they all have scratch built front ends. they were all incomplete, unpainted glue bomb's when I got them and all had there front ends snapped off, so I had to scratch build a lot of stuff and use a lot from my parts bin, the wheels on the shiny ones are pegasus and the ones on the rat rods are all from various junkers I parted out, mainly painted matt alloy with some weathering. Front tyres are monogram whitewalls and rears are AMT slicks.

Cool builds Dan, as you probubly noticed, i like the " shiny rims" the best, but i do also enjoy and apreciate the white wall and ratter style just as much. Some very cool ideas in that lot mate, well done

Cheers for all the comments guys, I'll have to get some nice shots of all my pro streeters for ya's. I think this one is my favorite. Mainly because of the super charged flat head four, I haven't got a clue what the block and head came from originally or the blower, I made up the pipes ad manifold from scrap styrene and it came up great, just what I was after for the build.
