34 jalopy just needs a little detail & a heap of weathering & i will be done. motor is a flathead six banger.

That's pretty neat, however, I think it might need a bonnet hold down of some kind.
Have ou seen the AMT '34 Ford, 3 window dirt tracker? I think it was a Model King reissue..... of course I could go outside and check.
Nope, issued by AMT/RC2 one of the 'Street Stock Strip' series. Model king also reissued some of the others from the original series. I have a few of them, including 36 Chev, 38 Plymouth, '38 Chev. Some have plastic tyres, others rubber but all are filled with neat parts for building more than one version so there's leftovers for mdifying other non race car kits.
I think Dave still has a few in stock at Koolkits.
