XB Falcon Coupe
Hey guys, I got busy with this one.
I only have 2 weeks of freedom left until bubs is bourne.
so I'm getting as many models completed as I can.
I started this one about 15 years ago. it got shoved to the bottom
of the cupboard and forgotten about. the red paint kept bleeding
through the undercoat. so I sprayed silver which stopped it.
then I clear coated it and Bang straight through. Bugger.
Oh well its wrecked anyhow. It will be at the QMHE
model comp for our forum display! I might splatter some powder
over the enging bay.

Re: XB Falcon Coupe
Great job Shoey, very realistic
You're crumpled panel technique is brilliant.
another great build................ well done mate.
Yeah if you can pull off the powder spray under the bonnet that would be the cherry on top
Cheers TJ

Re: XB Falcon Coupe
In reality it would be a sad thing to see such a nice car wrecked. But as it is a model, it is way cool. Very nice job, the whole package with the trailer and stuff looks very realistic.
Cheers

Great job as always, the panel damage is so realistic. A few weeks and you could have it straight again.

Re: XB Falcon Coupe
Graham (Bluedog) just phoned and asked me if I'd seen this. I'm ashamed to say I hadn't.
Shoey, we need to send some guys around to say goodbye to your fingers. You're making the rest of us look bad....
Another incredible piece mate!! I love it!! I wish I had half your talent...
Chris.

Re: XB Falcon Coupe
That's crap that would have to be the worst build i've ever seen you complete. I think you should through this away and never show it to the public. I have lost all respect for you as modeller and find this model to be substandard of your ability and i pity you.
Now get rid of this and make it a crashed chev or holden.

Hey Trent- have you been sniffing your socks again???
Shoey picked the perfect subject. It was probably doing 20mph judging by the damage....
