Jeep Wrangler Open Top

Hello again mates.

Here's an old and rare kit from tamiya, a Jeep Wrangler Open Top
I was fortunate enough to have been able to purchase this kit at a reasonable price quite recently.
It is a box stock build as usual, I only did a light weathering on the exhaust pipes.
The paint is tamiya gun metal grey and then clearcoated with gloss clear from mr hobby.

Don't think i've ever seen one of these built. I didn't know they had full detail.

As always an excellent build and kit from two top quality players (Krishna and Tamiya). I can't put a finger on it, but I think a brighter colour would suit this better IMO? Maroon perhaps with black accents - dunno???

There really is only 1 colour for jeeps - flat olive drab with a 50 calibre mounted to the roll cage.
Just like the ones they used to flip every week on the A Team.
