1970 Super Bee
Hi guys this is one of my WIP,
my aim is to make it a convertible with a cut down window, so it looks like a 1970 dodge super charger (black & white pic) or a 1965 Ford Thunderbird. That's what I want the scoops for, I want to blend them into the back.
1970 Dodge Super Charger Concept
1965 Ford Thunderbird
So far I’ve taken off the roof, and replaced the rear section with the back part of a corvette, and blended it in with styrene, I’m going to hinge the trunk at the back.
This pic show the bonnet scoops that I have, the one at the front of the pic is the original one that I started with, and I put a post up to try and get another, I got a few from Bruce, Scummy & someone else, ( I can’t remember who sorry) But Thanks to everyone that helped me out, now I have a few different scoops but not 2 the same.
The scoop at the back is one of the one’s that was sent, (again I can’t remember who I got if from, sorry) I’d like to get another one just like it if anyone could help me out, or let me know what kit it’s from, I’m happy to swap or pay.
More pics of the scoop.
If anyone who sent me the other scoops wants them back let me know and I’ll send them back.
Thanks guys

Re: 1970 Super Bee
Well, you threy me off with the description of this build, but then I saw that pic of the SuperCharger! That thing is the Killer!! I'll be watching this one.
By looking at that scoop(shape and the fact that it is molded in black) I would say it is off of Revell's Prostreet Corvette kit.

Re: 1970 Super Bee
The AMT Fireball 500 would be a good donor for the headrest fairings maybe?
It was built on a Barracuda chassis so you'll be keeping it in the family as it were.

Re: 1970 Super Bee
I've got a spare body with a squashed roof and an old build I plan to wreckscue (glue on the glass & crap paint) and I meant to pull them both out and have a look at how practical it would be but I got sidetracked. Damn.
