Hilux 'Technical Pickup' Pickup diorama
I call this dio, 'Get it working'. The dio portrays a Libyan mechanic working on a mounted rocket launcher on the back of the pickup. Part of this scene was taken from an inspiration photo of a mechanic working on a rock launcher just like the one in the photos. Since the pickup is not military I thought I stick this thread here instead. The second mechanic is working on the moped. The scale for this diorama is 1/35. Hope you guys like the results.

Re: Hilux 'Technical Pickup' Pickup diorama
Thanks guys. A question. Is everyone seeing the entire pic or are they cut off on the sides? On my phone it looks like the browser is only part of the pics.

OK. Thank you. It seems it is only limited to my phone. Maybe a re-size is in order.

Re: Hilux 'Technical Pickup' Pickup diorama
My friend you are the master. Your work and attention to detail is mind blowing. Are you still doing all your weathering etc with a brush or are you using an airbrush. Not sure if the sides are cut off the pics but they look all right to me.
2 thumbs up again.

Re: Hilux 'Technical Pickup' Pickup diorama
Thank you Dean for your incouraging words. Still using a rattle can for painting and brush for weathering. A mixtue of real dirt, and pigments to get the job done.

Incredible talent. You inspire me to have a go at a diorama and weathering. I have just the model in mind.
