I used the first time AK Interactive Worn Effects and Heavy Effects Fluid instead of the Salt technique. I think the result is a bit finer than with salt. I used also Tamiya arcylic paint and other AK interactive paints. This is looking really good. Some of those older European cars make great subjects for rusting and weathering.
