avanti super/gas

l have wanted to build a a fairly modern dragcar for a while 
and take a break from the early dragcars  that l like to build
but l wanted to stay away from the chevs and fords 
l would like to go for a turbo six if l can get my hands on a AMX six if not l will be going for a turbo 308 
this will be built to ANDRA specs 
so  far l have tubbed it 
it's from a 84 thunderbird prostock that my mate mick gave me as a donor
it was a pretty easy fit still need to scratch build the suspension and tin work

Nice to see the different body style , looks tough already.

what about a hemi 6 ?

Love this idea mate, dare to be different i say! Did a blown/tubbed Maserati years ago, still looks cool coz it's DIFFERENT.

l really wanted to build something a little bit different 
l am not having much luck tracking down the amc 6 
l was thinking about mating two rotarys together l remember seeing
something in an old 70's hotrod 
l like the idea of a hemi six seems they as easy enough to get hold of

You know this kit has the six?

There should be some around as it was re-released in September last year.
Depends if you want to buy a kit just for the engine.

I had a quick look and Luke (Early models) doesn't have it and there are none on evil-bay.  Maybe Luke could get you one in with his next consignment from the US?  That way he goes through all the rigmarole of dealing with the states.
