57 Nomad *almost Done*
Well after what seems like months but is ...actually yea months final got to open a fresh kits. 57 Nomad ...nothing special just a quick build to get focused again. Green on the bottom and silver on top. Just found a thumb print .grrrrr oh well once that is fixed and some tidy up is done it will get a coat of Tamiya pearl gloss. Wheels will be centerlines and the engine will be a bit warm.
Some chrome strips on the tailgate
Still heaps to do but its coming along.
So good to be back at the bench.

Re: 57 Nomad *almost Done*
Almost there. Still some tidying up to do and a bit more glueing but final assembly is but a heartbeat away!
Paint really pops in the sun ...camera as usual does not do it justice.
Done some BMFing (still hate using this stuff but it does look good if you get it right ....or almost right like I seem too.
Some chrome strips on the tailgate made using chrome vinyl.
Kept the interior fairly simply. Used the bech seat and converted from column shift to floor shift
Engine almost ready to go in ....
Next update should be the show room.
Great to be back in the saddle. Nice kit to build. Next will be the 41 Chev for the Gas #16 build.
Thanks for looking.
