Pontiac Banshee
I loved this one since the first moment I saw it on the store shelf, here in Mexico stores like walmart used to sell these models on the toys area, I begged my mother to help me buy it (it remained stored a loooong time with the corvette indy before I painted it) so this is the result of that long wait, hope you like it and thanks for watching!

Re: Pontiac Banshee
I'd always assumed these were rear or mid engined.
Seems you learn something new every day.
Good job. Is the roof all clear and you had to paint the red and black onto it?

Re: Pontiac Banshee
nicely built. i can see why they wanted it for the new Knight Rider car for the TV movie, it has nice aggressive lines. Looks like it could use a bit of polish to clean up the orange peel effect on the side.
It´s never too late!

Hope you can do that soon! I built this one like 12 or 13 years ago, I suppose there are a lot more photos than back then so maybe youll be able to finish a more accurate model!
Thanks for watching!
Yes it was all clear

Yes Zenrat, the roof comes on clear plastic and I had to paint it red and black, I used regular transparent tape to mask it so it came out with a lot of "accidents", I´m going to buy another one so that I can fix that on the new one.
There was the KITT 2000 movie

The was a movie called "Knight Rider 2000" on 1991 with a similar car that I didn´t liked, they just redesigned this one a bit and used it for the movie, I believe that there might be some kits still around the web.
