55 Chevy Gasser
HI, finally got to build another kit after moving away from my modelling stuff for a few months for work.
My mate started this kit a few years ago, first one he has ever tried and wanted to build a gasser, I got the kit handed down, had a bit of painting done and the body molds had been badly bogged up.
Thought I would finish it how he would like it, old school gasser style. My idea was to build one that looked like a DYI home garage petrol head owns it, not a perfect super shinny show pony, to have it look like he does most of the work him self and is keen to race any where, any time..
Tried a few new things on this one like the colour tint windows and the pin stripe round the flames (never again with a brush). I'm pretty happy with the look I ended up with so I made a back road street race drag strip for some photo's.

I reckon you done a damn good job on it Morrie!...
Mate, you tackled a difficult task in the blue pinlining around the
flame work, but it looks great!... nice try... nice outcome!
