Thanks for the positives! I've sanded off the Ford lettering front and rear. I did the same thing to the lower front fender and the rear fender emblems and I filled the "slots" on top the front fenders where the chromed ornaments are supposed to sit. The Engine dummy was finished this morning and this very afternoon I sprayed the whole chassie flat black and will lay another coat of flat black tomorrow. After that it's time to put some dark silver to the exhaust.

I know, but it gives me those nostalgic vibes to keep all that text on the chassie! To me, building model kits is very much a matter of "feeling" and getting into the mood.
