The R 600
Bought the kit when i was at Riddells, all mack truck & dogs...so it was made, made the tipper and trailer, painted it up blue/white
Then pulled it apart again for rebuild...go figure.
fab the grille, modified bonnet
Fab the dash...leave it, for about 5 years, leave diamond creek.
Back to it at Portland, thunderbirds were go...finish it for .... sake
But here it sits, just waiting for the details.

scummy wrote:Yes , finish it , very nice work mate . And you build the ulrich trucks as well hey .
Bought about 6, maybe 8 ulrich kits (seems like last century now) did their seattle kw tipper @ dog, did a couple of the cherry picker macks with vans, and stake side trailer, put back in the boxes, top of wardrobe with all the herpa stuff.
Probably all still sitting at diamond creek, or she threw them out?
But no scummy, basically i focused on 25th scale, train sets and scalextrix are (hopefully) still there.

Good work going on here, that dash is a work of art!!
And I love the old school Mack there, I went for a ride in one of those when I was a kid, it felt like I was in a tank!
