Tamiya Lunchbox
I was asked by a bloke at work to paint up his 1/10 scale RC car "The Lunchbox". He gave me a fresh body (styrene) and I was too paint it how I thought fit. He had no requests as to how it should look. I came up with what you see. 2 coats silver, 3 coats Mica Red and 2 coats of clear. The signage is the relative Fire Service Crests printed out on clear decal paper, put on after the first coat of Mica Red and then painted over with the other coats.
Typical male, comparing for size. The Lunchbox, 1/24 scale Mustang and a Hotwheels car.
The idea of the 2 different crest's as that this bloke was a NSW Firie and then moved to Queensland Fire & Rescue. He was quite happy with what I had done. And before anyone asks, no this body isn't getting used. Its purely for display. He has another shell for playtime.
