This is a semi scratchbuilt stock crate ,going onto a Mercedes Benz rigid, the body is made up of an  old curtainsider sanded of the detail on the outside turned them around and cut out the recess's and bingo a rigid stock crate l also took of the top row of the cut outs,made a sliding door at the back,paint soon and see how it turns out. the tie rails are old AMT Flattop shortened to suit,Plastruct  1/8 round fitted wire up the tube so the bends hold,and made a swinging door to be continued. Cleaver thinking Col. I like the idea of the curtain-sider panel modified, it looks just the ticket mate.
Don't forget to add a nice layer of cattle poop on the floor when you get to the weathering Col, it wouldn't be a cattle truck without it.

l have a wooden floor all stained up just waiting to fit in Cheers
