My wife likes fossicking around Op-Shops, and it was in early June last year when she brought home this model kit for $2.00.
She liked it because the picture on the box "looked cute"... so anyway she wanted me to build it, so here it is.

TWIN MUSTANG S-l16012

A fairly rough kit (I'm guessing a cheap press of an original Monogram or Revell kit?), but it went together with a few "tweaks"
puttying and sanding.  Silver spray paint made the plastic crinkle slightly, so I just finished off the build as best I could.  The decals
all but disintegrated, so I printed my own.  "Mrs Jezza" is happy with it so that's the main thing. TWIN MUSTANG Thumb_44
I probably will try some "weathering" on it along the way.

That's a cool build , wild looking plane! Did they have two pilots ? Sorry if it's a silly question.

Not a silly question at all Lou.  Yes two Pilots.  The main Pilot sat in the L/H cockpit with the Navigator/Radar Operator in the R/H side. He did however
have full use of controls should the pilot be injured or killed. These planes were built mainly for long range recon. missions and escort
fighters during the Korean war.
