Mongoose FED
Tom McEwan's Mongoose FED
Model King reissue
Split body means I have to finish the cockpit & engine, before I can flush the seams
I reckon those front wheels look crap, might look for some narrow spindle mount centerlines
& have a crack at scratchbuilt wires, as tutorial on the SLM site
Since the pic, the kit 2 piece injector hat since been swapped for a Competition Resins hat
stripped chrome off the blower with Mr Muscle
& scratch built magneto, installed on the rear of the engine instead
Got some resin pulleys & rubber belt from TPB, for the blower drive
Haven't a clue as yet, as to setting up throttle/fuel delivery
The engine block & heads will be gunmetal, dullcoated kit chrome valve covers
body front in off white into the flames, black rear
