I need to know how to bend plastic tubing without breaking and yet retain the bend whilst adhesion occurs .Speaking of adhesion , what do you guys recomend or use ? Because I tend to build different wheelbase pro streeters , doin my own cages would be grouse . Any help would be greatly appreciated .

Re: Roll cages !
Decide what diameter you want it then buy that size evergreen round bar. If you want a 3 inch roll bar, buy 3mm rod (1in 1:1=1mm 1:25 trust me it works perfect), I use a lighter but practice with the stuff you are using, it will not be prfect the first time but have another go at it. You don't need to hold the heat there for long (and not directly on it, about 7-10 cm away is good), piece of p*ss. I use superglue to put it together (Woolies brand is fine). Like everything, someone will have a different way but this works for me. HTH

Moose if you want to make it real easy on your self, give this a go. Find the size tube you want than find the size brass rod that will fit in side it. Then all you have to do is bend it and it will stay the shape you bend it, and when you cut the ends it also gives you mounting tabs.
