Hi guys, been a long time car modeller. Mainly build replica early Aussie drag cars, rods and kustoms. Anyway here's a fresh one off the bench. It's how I want my real ride to look one day, here's hoping.
Kit mods include, de-trimming the body, rear roll pan with recessed number plate, custom W.A. number plates, scratch built laker pipes, resin wheels and tyres, pearled the steering wheel, piston gear knob, moon pedals, converted the motor to look like a Cleveland, severely lowered suspension, scratch built tub cover, kustom grille.

Wow very nice work Dave. Love the engine and interior detail, and the satin finish is a knockout. Is that flocking on the cabin floor?

Thanks guys, I made the piston on my mini lathe, it's a tiny Clisby brand from South Aus, bought it many years ago. Yep well spotted the floor is carpeted with flocking from Parts Box, where the wheels tyres came from as well.
