im no truck-guy but i like these ones, dont know why :S did you scratch-build that frame with all the holes behind the cab?

Hey slowlylearning, yeah built the gantry out of evergreen, easy to do. Uprights are c-channel with holes drilled at even spacings & cross braces are square tube with holes drilled. Cheers, Gary.

I really enjoy your builds gary. This is one nice truck coming up. Do you use a slight touch of weathering in your paint finish? It always looks so real.

Hey tezza43, no not really; on occasion if I get a little orange peel, I don't usually worry about it to much, as most trucks on the road don't have a perfect paint job, especially those from the 70's & 80's. The only one's that have show quality paint jobs have been stripped down & rebuilt, cheers, Gary.
