Re: Uncertain T Show Rod
Man that is too cool! A terrific rebuild and the end result is superb - well done dude. This is one of the most requested show cars to be rekitted but Revell/Monogram can't get permission from the current owner, who wants an outrageous dollar figure to re-do it.

Re: Uncertain T Show Rod
Mate it has been worth the effort - a great addition to any collection. Love to see it next month.
Can you imagine what the 1:1 must have been like to drive - the wheelbase can't be much more than the track & it had a solid rear end by the look of it. My kind of rod !

Your memory is correct Allan. The "Tilted-T" was built by Phil Buchanan back in the late 1960's or very early 1970, and was featured in an Aussie magazine (maybe it was "Street Machine"?). This is a photo of it on a transport truck, taken at the 1971 Adelaide Hot Rod Show (at back of truck). It was similar to the "Uncertain-T".
