I got this kit about a month ago with a Prostar to see what they were like.

Uncle Kevin has been trying to tell dad for ages now that it's the ducks guts but dad prefers 30 year old glue bombers........The plan is to build it box stock but with a bit of a personalised paint scheme.

Got the chassis rails cleaned up and glued last night and primered today!!

And a bit of colour on them as well.  Very Happy

A great kit , have seen one built , they go together real nice ( as do their car kits ) . You will do a top job on this .

I've heard a few mixed reports but mostly everyone says they go together pretty good with only a few little issues.

Hopefully it plays the game for me and thanks for the kind words mate.

Aiming to have this at the Wagga show in October........

just do a lot of test fitting Rob, there are a few boo boos in the instructions, other than that it goes together great. started one of mine as a doner chassis for Nigels 909 KW.

Looking good. I've built a lonestar box stock and converted one into a T904 kenworth. My only advice for the lonestar is download the revell instructions. They are better than the moebius ones. The prostar ones are a big improvement. Cheers

I will be watching this truck thread. My Dad drove trucks for a longtime and 2 years ago brought the Ozzy Italeri Western star and has no inclination to start it.
That with a flat bed could haul my cars to my model paint shop....

A truck build for the future maybe......
