Gotham City PD Interceptor
Hello.
Just finished this. It's the Revell '65 Chevy. I wanted a cop car to go with my '66 Batmobile and as it's a 2 door I decided it should be an Interceptor.
Power is from the 396 big block that comes with the kit but i've added the Latham blower from the AMT '25 T double kit. The roof lights are from the AMT '70 Ford as are the cop specific bit inside. Except the Tommy Gun & the Colt automatic which are from the AMT Jokers Goon Car/Gotham City Police Car/Roscoe's Sherrifs Car/TJ Hooker Patrol Car/Dodge Monaco. The decals on the doors also came from that kit and I printed the rest.
Paint is enamels weathered with acrylic filters and washes. The aim was for it to look like it was at the end of a hard days intercepting on the dirty, grimy streets of Gotham City.
The orange bumpers are because when I did my first GCPD car I did the same on that as it was for the Green/White/Orange GAS.

Re: Gotham City PD Interceptor
The Monaco comes with the Thompson Submachinegun, M1 carbine, colt 1911 automatic and a revolver.
All are identifiable as far as make and model goes apart from the revolver. Although if I knew more about guns I might be able to identify that as well.
The '70 Ford just has a pump action shotgun.
More 1/24 weapons can be got from the AMT Hogan's Heros Jeep (in it's various guises) and the Italeri Armed Landrover and Armed Pickup (an FJ40 'cruiser). The 2 Italeri kits have larger calibre crew served weapons.
