soooo , opened the door today and found this

     
so im gonna use this

and make a drift ute



just coz i can

plan is to use some styrene sheet to floor the cab , clean up some stockpiled sprues to make a tube chassis , some watanabes , a turbo 13b rotary and some paint and some chairs from an r32 and hopefully have a nice little skid rig

I'll be watching this one.

getting it there slowly , gotta buy a few more parts before i can go full bore , the rear of the frame is coming along tho , found some wheels and seats , might concentrate on getting the interior done for  now since itll be fairly spartan

its been a while , progressing slowly , was crook a few days , and its been to cold to do much some nights lately , but i thought id put some progress shots up


rear half of the roll cage with roll bar , the rear chassis with the diff glued in ( thats haddabe modified a coupla times :s ) the engine block , one fronts sides upper and lower A arms , start of the front chassis and the gtr r32 rims in very neon yellow im gonna use , body just needs a touch up here n there , have to buy a racing seat and a fuel cell maybe , and in intercooler

quite the project. whats the hole in the tray for?

just a random hole , once i have the frames made > engine location sorted , ill see how much clearance there is and i might put a fuel cell and swirl pot there
