W Model Kenworth

This took me about 18 months on and off to finish it,the sleeper is from the T600 canepa KW I decided too fill in the windows and the door handle and storage box handles as if they could be open with a remote lock mechanism.

The colour is candy apple blue and the pinstripes are from PW man it took a while too get them and then I finished it off with clear,the exhaust stacks are aluminium tubing the miudflaps are made from a material I found that simulates rubber.

the aluminium guards are from auslowe as is the bug deflector and the stone guard also the storage locker on the trailer is as well,the tri axle set comes from my parts box that I had too modify too siut it.

I also had this inthe april model section in truckin life amd this is the first truck I had built in 24 years.

Tony u have used the T600 canepa sleeper box on this truck did u have any trouble with the back panel of the sleeper I have the T 600 and the back panel does not line up were it bends forward does not line up with the sides panels.

Allan,mine was straight forward with no fit up problem's at all as you can see I filled the side window's and all the join lines but I did have to modify the opening between the cab and sleeper to make it fit but that was all I had to do.
