willys .. v10 pu
seeings as i have opened up the vault ..
or pandora's model box ..
here is my favourite on-going project that keeps getting bumped off the table .
some time back in the 90's .... the 1890's , grand pappy had a vision !
some early mock up shots ...
that is after a whole bunch of cuttin' and shuttin' .
i'll have to step into the time machine to remember the parts list .. but
it's an amt willys pu body and tray
the hood from the mazmanian
and a modified chassis from the sidewinder show truck
and a whole lot of scratching and some building ...
more details as they come to mind ..
lately been playing with the wheels ...

Re: willys .. v10 pu
ok .. honest i have done some work on it since the ! but not much ...
back on the original wheels .. for now
the entire front suspention assembly was cut off and moved 10mm forward along the existing front chassis member ... ..
front hood assembly attaches to the firewall/cowl on sewing needles .. simulating quick release fastners .. . ...
now sporting white primer .... and not sure what final colour to go for
not sure what's happening with that cut out on the hood .. maybe inlet pipes maybe shaker box ... ??

As Paul said, just finish it, I love it.
I really need to learn how to do this kind of work.
