Re: T BUCKET
What a cool car.
I got a soft spot for fad tees. There's a blown cleveland powered one around the corner from my house. It's painted candy apple red and gives me goose bumps every time I see it. Just awesome.

Re: T BUCKET
Noice yellow.
Anyone heard of Andromeda? It was a UK fad T around in the late 70's early 80's. White with murals and chromed everything including Jag IRS? It lived in the village where I grew up and I used to regularly cycle past the guys house to have a sticky beak.

Re: T BUCKET
That's the one Tezza. He used to bring it to the school summer fete every year. Last time I saw it he was running round with 1 skinny rear wheel - must have had a flat.

Your Mum drove a tee bucket...?
Awesome.
Coolest thing I remember my Mum driving was a '77 Ford LTD Silver Monarch. It had red velour and electric windows and I thought it was great.

Oh well, a genuine XR GT is probably worth a lot more than the rods these days anyway...

Re: T BUCKET
Looking good Al, Andromeda was the name of a panelvan back in the day to. You can tell the white ones a Pommie rod, pretty tacky even for the seventies! Anyone remember the black one with California T painted on the door? I think it was used in ads in magazines for either paint or polish? It was schmick.
