Re: CAPTAIN RIVVY/ '65 Buick Riviera
This is just the basic representation, since I will use as much Kustom mods from old school methods as I can . I'll keep posting as I go along. Already I have adapted the AMT 66 Riviera chassis / floorpan as it has more detail. Engine, Buick with 8 Strombergs on Log manifold .

Re: CAPTAIN RIVVY/ '65 Buick Riviera
Bryce, The first pic is from a website in the US where you create your own decal using their site . so I entered the name CAPTAIN RIVVY , then chose a red/yellow flames overlay, and thats how it came about ; a decal for your rear window, except for my model , I'll make it into a plate to sit on rear parcel shelf like the lowrider cars do.

Re: CAPTAIN RIVVY/ '65 Buick Riviera
Glad you like this style Mr Unforgiven, this one is a bit of a problem when I did the custom rear on it for the taiilights. After sanding the rear panel and smoothed it , the panel snapped off, so had to do all over again. I used the '66 Riviera chassis and floorpan and modified it to fit 65 for more detail. I'll also use the '66 Engine as well, same reason. I should put the pics on here.
Cheers Ron.

Re: CAPTAIN RIVVY/ '65 Buick Riviera
Guys ,that decal was an image that I was able to play with on a website around two years ago and never went back to it. Never have printed anything on decal paper yet, besides ,my current printer is broken ,has been for awhile. If I need anything printed I email it to work and print it out there -but-its only black and white.
