99 Ford Mustang
Here it is all finished. I got a bit slack and took very few "Work in Progress" photos. This is the Revell Monogram kit. I built it nearly out of the box. This is what I changed:
Hinged the bonnet
Filled in the MUSTANG script and side indicators at rear
Filled in the exhaust cut outs at the rear
Modified the exhaust to dump to the ground behind rear bumper
Lowered the car approx 3mm
Removed door/boot lock keyholes and badges on rear panel
Removed 2 uprights that were in the lower opening at the front
The photos don't really show the true colour, even outside shot. Bit overcast today. Might try a few more tomorrow. Paint is Testors Kiln Red Metallic over silver with 2 coats Boyds Hi Gloss clear.
