Thanks Dingo,will be going with 2 tone colour on her,white roof bottom half will be metalic red with clear red on it.will lower her a bit also.

found these wheels which think look better,yes it is a Cavalier FJ Tezza43,John its a 1/25 scale curbside no engine,got it from scale automobilia,south grafton,it was last one he had in stock.they are put out by ADR Distribution by Cavalier Model Productions,limited number 500 models.u can try them at Adr.distribtion@gmail.com

Thank,s all for your in put about wheels, will be going with the second set of wheel's as they look more old school build one's, the other's do look a bit like that. ,the body is very clean but the bumper bars and grill has a large bit of resin to remove from the back,one good thing they come chrome,will have to work on the floor pan to fit the new wheels,the resin one's that come with it look good at front but the rear are bad. it has it good things about it and bad.if u look closely at the rear fender of the body u can see 2 small bubbles in the resin,hope once that it is painted u will not see it.for a FJ I am happy with it now they have to do the 48-215 the frist Holden,

Looking great so far. does any one cast the old grey motors?
The stockies look better the other rims are ok for modified jays.

Thank's Monaro,that's the base colour so far will be putting clear red,also look at clear blue,clear purple over the top try and get black cherry look.

well me just got bite by the bubble holes in the body at the rear, started to put another coat on paint on it and they blissed have to wait untill the paint hardens before I work on them, sould of broke them and filled them,but I thought I get away with it,

got it fixed and re-painted it,base coat metallic red,top coat clear Pearl Reflex violet metallic flake powder here it is in sunlight,

Wow that looks so wild! Somehow that beautiful old curved body suits these bright metallics far better than some more modern cars.

Thank's tezza64, ya she has the right curves for the colour going to give it another coat in 2 day's then let paint harden before put clear on it the polish it then BMF it.
