2005 CORVETTE C-6

got this one as birthday present from wife this year its a Revell 2005 corvette C-6,painted in Tamiya acrylic Titanium silver X-32 it has clear coat wih I-F violet pearl powder,it has light violet tint in sunlight.

Looking good Allan. Just enough pearl to catch your eye without being over done.

i myself havent had the guts to try the pearl powders seems to complicated for me
but looking good

thank guy's the pearl is just enough to give it a bit of a wow,got the idea from white ford van it has violet pearl on it,Boothy u only need to put enough powder about the size of a grain of rice in clear I put 2, it makes it go thicker but u just thin and airbrush,Tamiya has a clear pearl in rattle can that u put on the paint its a easyer one to try

had big stuff up with this one put it a side for paint to harden forgot were I put it found it under other bits the paint has deep scratches in it sanded them out,while airbrushing new colour almost droped it now has big thumb print it new colour so wainting for it to dry and sand back again,

new colour tamiya color XF-6 with a coat of clear on it,here it is in the sunlight,

man i hate it wen that sorta thing happens good on ya for still trying as im keen to see how she turns out

Stick with it Allan, shame about the paint mate. Bummer.
