Mrs Shoey's Models
G'day all, I thought I'd post some pics of Mrs Shoey's models.
Mrs Shoey's career of model building was cut short with the
introduction of romantic novels! Thanks to mum..
A return to the model workbench has not been ruled out.
All work on these models was done by herself with the exception
of hinged doors and boots. I miss sharing my model room with her.
F.#@.n BOOKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This was her 1st build. she was so excited with it, and couldn't wait to start another!
The red 32!
I think something landed on this one in transit. Roll cage has moved and bonnet damaged.
This was her last one.

Nice work Mrs. S.
My wife loves her romantic movies and novels and cake decorating and sugar-figurine making and grandchildren and jewellery and shopping for clothes and...
...anything but model cars. But she understands I have to have a hobby so...she tolerates it - ain't that nice.

Re: Mrs Shoey's Models
Good work Mrs Shoey.
Mrs z has a thing for Sci Fi and has Aurora kits of Robot B4 from Lost in Space and Robby the Robot to build. However apparantly gardening comes first. Which i'm not complaining about as it means I don't have to do it (i'm power gardening only - if there's no internal combustion involved then i'm out of there).

Re: Mrs Shoey's Models
So how do you power nap?? At least your missus LIKES Sci-Fi, mines into horror (explains why she married me) and not much else, although she does like to see my cars when they're finished but that could just be to justify money spent
Anyway nice builds from the missus

Re: Mrs Shoey's Models
Wow they are nice builds there. My wife does not understand the obsession with kits but she does not complain that I have that many. Her main complaint is when I leave all my stuff on the dining room table. Isnt that what it is for a large modelling table? At least she did build some I still say nothing comes good of reading books.

Oh Chris, Teesh is the same brother, made 2 or 3 than retired. They married us dude, were trapped now they dont have to be interested in our crap anymore. Be nice if we could get them going again though. I live in hope.
