Here are some pics from the weekend, Some great cars and trade displays.
I was stoked to have won the award for best club display. First time in 21 years.

Hey you know me can't resist a good show. What time is set up on Friday? Is the entry as per normal - admission price to enter for unlimited entry? Might try and build something nice if time permits, probably won't but it's a nice thought.

Hey Daddy0, Friday afternoon set up is good, Setting tables, lights barricades etc, Sat morning for models, admission is as normal pay at door and models are free. See yas there for sausage sizzle Friday Arvo.

i,ll be there , the baja has been accepted into the show so will be busy preparing it and dont think i will have time to finish the 1:24 but will enter a couple of my prevous builds from before my long break from models. c u there

Hey all, Regarding entry fee to Motor Show.

Model entrants are now classed as viewing public and a $15 gate charge applies for 1 day only.

So your models can now be entered for FREE!....Thats Zilch, Zero Zip! to help offset this fee.

Previous years Entrants had to pay a gate fee, plus $2 per model for the first 5 which totaled $10, all after were free.

Talks are still underway as to making the second days admission cheaper. Hope to see yas there,

CONGRATS! Shoey and the rest of the boys! the rocky model car club won best display ,just got back from the dinner it was a great night and has been a great motor show so far ....... even though my baja hasnt won anything as yet.. oh well lol

but in all i think it was not the best show theyve done but still bloody awsome turn out and a great mix of cars as well so im stil glad i went even if i did break my celica wen i pulled it out of the eskie stupid jap thing but was good so thanks shoey again for puting on the display and for all who helped him

Well what an awesome weekend. To win the trophy for best club display has been overdue. We pulled a good crowd all weekend. The clubs hosting these shows need to realise that we are a draw card at their events, we should be advertised as part of the event. Thanks to all the guys who entered and assisted on the weekend. Three old farts took home the trophy's well done shoey and DV8V8, its nice to be in good company. To those who unfortunately could not make you missed a ripper weekend. Bring on the next one!!!! Thanks guys
