1955 ford f100
this is a monogram kit i picked up in brissy last weekend i love utes and this peeked my interest, i wasnt goin to paint it the way it is but i thought why not, its plum purple i didnt use an undercoat i used a neat little technique i developed ages ago, and the green its just testors green i guess you could call it emeral green ive fixed up a set of big rims for it i had to use a scroll saw to cut them a bit thinner as they were a bit to wide, the shell and ute tray have had 7 coats of purple so far and a few clear coats as ive had problems in the past with me leaving finger prints in the paint (sigh) i havent even touched the shell since painting it ive used a bit of wire to move it around and on and off the chassis so im trying to eliminate the noob factor ie me lol
im thinking of maybe using silver or chrome and off spraying in so its got a bit of a sparkle but im goin to experiment with it first before i commit to doin it to the model

Hi nighthoon some food for thought on your photos imyself don,t use flash on my digtal. first use it the not then deleat the ugly one,for your focusi use a mini tripod an push button half way then you get green lights, means clear shot. don,t take it the wrong way I,am useless onthis computer but hay nice build looking forward 2 see it finished
