Porsche 930...
Now that I have a new computer and an internet connection again, I guess it's time to show what I have been up to.
This was a job commissioned to me by an old workmate of mine (I have now changed jobs as well), he wanted a replica of his car as he got it, before he modified it.
The car in question is a Porsche 930, this guy is a Porsche nut and he says that it is the same as the 911.
I used the Tamiya Porsche 911 kit and it is box stock.
The colour is by Zero Paints and is Porsche Factory Grand Prix white with 2k clear.
The interior is red leather was matched by using Tamiya TS-33 Dull Red and a Tamiya weathering kit.
The only other addition was aluminium exhaust tips.
Thanks for looking.

Re: Porsche 930...
Absolutely beautiful job! I've seen this one in the flesh, and it rocks! If mine comes up half as good i'll be well pleased. Super clean, my good man! Could be straight out of the tamiya catalogue!

Re: Porsche 930...
I agree with all the above accolades Kane. Porsche used the basic 911 shape for their later facelift models - it's a perfect shape that will never die.
