Re: CAMARO
If there aren't any side marker lights on it,it's a '67. I couldn't tell from the pic. I think I've got a thing about the clear orange paint. It'd look great on that car. Good luck,Bill

Re: CAMARO
Actually, it's a bit of both. '67s had no side marker lights but had quarter vent windows, so technically it's a '67 with '68 doors.
Now that's enough rivet counting for one day!

Re: CAMARO
One more rivet,LOL. The vent windows are in amongst the pieces-parts. I would have been up all night if I didn't spit that out. Good night,Y'all,Bill. P.S.,that danged ,so called, flow thru ventilation sucked right out loud. I lost a few really nice hats.

Re: CAMARO
Hey Al if you do a gold base and clear orange over it the colour will come out like Holden Tiger Gold. Ive painted a VW ute that combo.

Holts Topaz gold base, with Tamiyaclear Orange over the top is real close to Tiger Gold and cheaper than $80.

Re: CAMARO
Allan, tell em they're dreaming, I got 100mls of GMH Fusion (nearly the same as tiger) mixed up for $20, try Autobarn, they should be able to do it for about $16. That's in acrylic lacquer, they might have been trying to sell you 2 pac, even then that's steep.

Panther Mica looks nearly black but when its in the sun its a very dark green, came out on VS Commodores from memory.

Not to be confused with Phantom Mica which was Metallic Black and a VY Commodore colour.
