1/18th scale Mad Max Interceptor
Hi all I thought I'd share some photos of a project I've just completed for a US customer of mine.
It took me roughly 8 months to complete due to the lack of reference material avaliabe .
The model started as a standard ford XB coupe from Auto Art .
For more pics of this project visit my Fotki site .

Very nice work. That's not an easy conversion but yours looks great. There's a good website with photos of the real movie car at http://www.madmaxmovies.com/cars/interceptor/history1.html

Re: 1/18th scale Mad Max Interceptor
that is the best use of the Autoart XB i've ever seen. What an awsome build. Did you happen to make a mold of the shell mods?
Keen as to do similar to the orange XB in my cabinet (out of the box it is very xc looking, guards are wrong so it makes the grill and front bumper look weird)
Any tips would be well recieved
cheers
