Thanks tezza.. I've bought both the classic collectables and the autoart HQ monaro coupes. the classic I got when they came out for my older and wiser brother. He owns a sorta original HQ Monaro coupe. 350 chev mildly tweaked, the colour is a darker orange, more a red. and big fats.. I havent seen it in years. Im trying to get him to bring it up for our NNLs. Will get some photos of it and post em up asap.
Anyways..... I got so jealous at getting him the hq that i had to have one of my own. Then one day this little beauty popped up at a good price... had to have it...

Beautiful model. The level of detail in these things is getting out of hand (good isn't it?). But I bet there's one detail they don't have. Those GTS wheels should have "made in Canada" moulded on the inside rim (like the set on my 1:1 GTS Ute. If not, then Auto Art is obviously using cheap modern reproductions tsk tsk Laughing LMAO

Hey Pete - I just got out my magnifying glass and checked the inside rim of the wheels on my GTS model and guess what? In very tiny writing it says "Made in China"! Laughing
