1970 Dodge Super Bee Pro Street
Hi fellas
I finally got his one done today. Its pretty much box stock except for the seats that came from a Revell kit, some extra gauges on the dash and a fire extinguisher inside. I also wired the engine and added a resin brake booster and smoothed the engine bay somewhat. Body wise its stock except for the Resin cowl hood and the photo etch bonnet clips. Paint is Tamiya Purple with a few coats of Tamiya clear. I have to admit fitting the body to the chassis almost became the death of this one, but I perservered and got it to work. All the test fitting in the world didnt prepare me for the hassles.
Anyway I hope you like the finished result.
Cheers
AJ

Nice and neat , was it from a kit like that or is it a blend of two or more ?
EDIT Oops , missed the almost box stock bit on the first read through

I'm glad you persevered with it because it has come out a treat. A very nice looking build and well detailed engine too.
Are the side decals supposed to extend over on the doors too? It kinda looks odd finishing abruptly at the door line? Is that the way they are in the kit?

Thanks for the coments guys.
Tezza, that is how the decals come with the kit. I agree with you, they look a bit awkward stopping like that, but I checked a couple of 1:1 pics and they are correct.
Cheers
