Alfa GTV
i was able to get a tamiya 16v GTV. The seller listed this as 'mega-rare', yet he had four of them!
i've painted it red over grey primer (to darken the red slightly), i'm also changing it to RHD. This car is a daily driver, so i've weathered it underneath and underhood.
Converting the dash to RHD. I made cuts on either side of the center console and each end near the vent. i then cut out a square section on each side. this allowed me to extract the glove box and the gauge pod, and switch them. i then puttied it up and sanded it to shape and repainted it.

Re: Alfa GTV
i've put the body and chassis together. this was quite a smooth job, as tamiya have a positive attachment points (unlike amt and revell kits).
Re: Alfa GTV
Bloody (yes it's a pun) nice work there mate. Great little RHD conversion and weathering technique. Keep on posting pics - you've got me interested.
