My Little Pony
This is Stardust Stango Sparkles. He like eating the delicious flowers and frolicking with all his other pony friends in the pretty meadows...
Revell GT500 sorta kinda box stock except for leaving off the rear quarter scoops, smoothing some stuff, resin engine parts and using AMT Mitsubishi Eclipse wheels.
Paint is sparkly blue nail varnish mixed with a dash of candy blue and put on over a silver base. No clear as the sparkles from the nail varnish are quite large and I reckoned they'd show up as lumps in the clear. It's another one which'd prolly look good in the sun...

Re: My Little Pony
Thanks folks.
Coil is resin from TPB.
Engine bay? Seemed like a good idea while I had the Ford Engine Blue out.
The name? I had "STANGO" plates already printed and the rest seemed suitably MLPish & fitted with the paintjob.
Cutie mark? No idea what that is but you can't get cuter than a 4 barrel carbie big enough to suck down birds, small dogs and unwary toddlers.
You do seem worryingly knowledgeable about My Little Pony Slowly...

Re: My Little Pony
Hey Fred, I put some clear on your photo and guess what - the paint sparkles really glittered up. Must try this on my photos so I don't have to use nail polish anymore.
Nice build mate - can I say "hung like a pony" here?

Re: My Little Pony
Wow, thanks Tezza.
And can I just use this opportunity to say WHAT THE F### HAS HAPPENED TO THE WEATHER?
It was nice last week and now, when I get the chance so sag off work (boss away, training course finished early) it's shit.
Doesn't it know i've got a body to clear?
D'oh!
