"ANGRY ORANGE"
My two eldest sons and I have been working on a pair of Revell 1/12 Chopper builds for quite awhile now and we've finally gotten one finished!!
This is the first one built with my 6 year old............which we've called "ANGRY ORANGE"......as Orange is his favorite colour and the bike looks mean!
...now we just need to finish the next bike over the coming long weekend

Re: "ANGRY ORANGE"
Nice bike. Doesn't really look orange though, must be the light, or my screen.

Re: "ANGRY ORANGE"
It looks a deep, rich orange. Like a good marmalade.
Mmmmmmmm, marmalade....
Very nice work Maccas.
Only 1 thing which bugs me, and it's Revell's fault not yours. It's that in the picture you've used at the top of the page I can see daylight through the seat when it would IRL be solid foam on a flat base sitting across the frame tubes.
Maybe Tezza can work some of his Photoshop magic and black it out?

Re: "ANGRY ORANGE"
Nice build - a real man's bike IMO. Your son should be very proud and good on you for introducing him to the hobby.
Zen is this what you mean?

Re: "ANGRY ORANGE"
No Terry. If you look at the one in the header then you can see a white triangle between the seat and the frame rail.
I'm just a pedant. It doesn't really matter.

OK Fred I've updated my post - that's got to be the right one.
You're not a pedant but you are pedantic.

Re: "ANGRY ORANGE"
Beautiful work I love the paint also great to see your kids are getting into it!
My now 14 year old son was really starting to show some real promise but has since discovered girls ,doesn't care at all for modeling now! Keep encouraging them mate and I hope they stick with it!

Re: "ANGRY ORANGE"
Awesome work, and well done for getting your son into the hobby, I'm hoping to do that with a son of my own one day. Excellent stuff.
