DEUCES WILD

just gotten two of these one for me the other for silverfox,we are going to be building them the same time.its called Deuces wild '32 Ford 3 window coupe funny car body from Model Martin/Aardvark Models,sad new aardvark is not making any more as it did not sell well and the model is damaged,got my two from R&R resin don't know if there is anymore.Hope it gives me a kick start back in building.Oh you need a modern funny cars chassis for it too

ya Tezza43,that's the plan with this one going to start on it tomorrow hope it will give me a kick start in finishing some of my builds,Bruce has done the chassis for his,have a rattle can of paint called Ford Acid Rush may go with that.ourcirus will find out if can get one.

primered the body in white primer,chassis painted red,engine flat red,will start putting it together tomorrow,still think on body colour.maybe red

here is body and chassis,body is in primers,had to sand out runs in the primer run out of white primer,chassis is in tamiya red.will leave body for a week for primer to gas out.

I love this concept, can't wait to see it completed.I'd love one of these but finances at the moment just doesn't allow for it. Green with envy, a little but you guys will do a ripper job of this one. AWESOME. happy modelling.

got engine half done,going slow as me don't want to bugger it up.

sanded body smooth as a baby b--,now to work out what colour to put on it leaning to a red on it,had thought about flames for it too.

Going good. I can never seem to get those dang spidery frames to work. I'm too much of a clutz.

forgot a colour I picked up the other week,its a Ford colour so it sould look OK on it,its called Acid Rush,looking at cap its a gold with a green tint in it,otherunicorn me too that's while me not rushing it

put a splash of colour on it Tamiya TS-39 mica red,here it is outside and inside.

forgot to put the parachute pod on the back of the body remembered it late last night have glued it on now once it gasses out will clear coat it.

Thank's all,starting to work on chassis,RetrospectKustoms will be putting BMF strip alone the side of the body too there's a molded line there and the grill will be BMF too.

Here is the chassis of Bruces Deuces wild and our both bodys together,Bruce is painted dark blue with pearl clear coat on it.
