I hope all owners of the models are ok with me putting there pics up.It was nice to see so many fantastic models in the flesh and just not a pic on the computer. The Detail is even better seeing it with ones own eyes. All you guys are severely talented.

Re: Photos` of Todays Show at Tumut
And here's some more.
Now this one looks familar - won a prize too
Nice to see one of these - with the PE bonnet hinges built!
Nice to see one of these built
Ditto for this - love the induction set up
How many willys can you see on the table?
Out of them all you have to have a favourite willy
Another one you don't often see built
Down at Light Commercial parking was at a premium but so well organised - although trust one dill get it the wrong way round
Good weekend. Well done everyone who was involved but particularly Rob who didn't seem to stop.

Re: Photos` of Todays Show at Tumut
Thanks to everyone that attended, didnt get to catch up Alfaholic but would've loved too. I think we had around 12-15 forum members there on the day. Had a heap around this morning for bacon and egg rolls and Tom and family are cruising over tonight for tea keeping with our usual one day show that starts Friday and finishes Tuesday!!! LOL
Great pics looking forward to seeing some more.

Was a top time! Good to see everyone again & to meet Paul & Fred, great blokes all! Shame a few more Coits couldn't attend, but we'll leave that alone for now..... unless of course Rob has something to say!
Big thanks again to Rob and co for the great show & for having us around for pizza on Sat nite.
Oh yeah, Rob, I ordered some Dirty Donny Vans for Guy and I today!

Re: Photos` of Todays Show at Tumut
I think at that point Chris & I were comparing notes on the usefullness of military & aircraft detail sets & decals for building cars and how to do so could upset car builders, plane builders and armour builders in one go - obviously a good thing
I wish i'd picked up the Messerschmitt engine I was looking at - would have made for a great rod engine...
Only took me 6 1/2 hours to get back (7 1/2 to get there). I ascribe this to it being downhill going home.

Re: Photos` of Todays Show at Tumut
Thanks Rob for NNL No. 10 , Good Show again and was great to see many of the forum guys in person . The quality of the models are getting better and my pick for the weekend was the blue Chopper with scratch built bars, headlight and other fittings.
I,ve also ordered the Vantasy van for next year, Looking forward to stay the weekend longer, I hope.

Re: Photos` of Todays Show at Tumut
I suspect it wasn't the "being thrown across the room" that doomed it. The sudden stop when it hit the wall was more likely the culprit!

Re: Photos` of Todays Show at Tumut
Ouch! Maybe you could put on the display only table next year as a cautionary tale. I did that once with a NASCAR I was building except I used it as a hammer. The only thing salvageable were the wheels and part of the motor.

Re: Photos` of Todays Show at Tumut
Thats a shame Kane , it looked to be neat model . NOW ! you gota get a dog or cat so next time the model survives ! Ya with me ?
Re: Photos` of Todays Show at Tumut
Yeah thanks guys. It also met with an untimely sole of my foot being jumped upon it too.
Already have a cat, but I can't throw her, maybe the misses though...
I found it was a model that fought me all the way, stupid AMT, I need to go back to Tamiya. Just too many frustrations going on at the moment, something had to pay.RetrospectKustoms wrote:DAM!! Did it need to be told who was boss?
