Re: 37 ford tail dragger
looks cool, i think if the roof had a similar slope ( same profile ) as the boot it would look hot

This is going too look cool. Tj is onto something, a reprofiled roof to match the general body shape would look cool.

roof
I have built a 37 roadster with same roof had to file back of the roof to make it sit better,I agree that would look better with no roof.

I like the "no roof" look - it's so smooth. But maybe a cut-down lower profile roof and windscreen frame wouldn't be bad either? You'll just have to build both versions I think!

Re: 37 ford tail dragger
I'm liking it!
And imesho the roof is just fine as it is and the car needs it to be 'right'. The shape is how it would most likely be if the car was built for real.
A little more angle on the backlite panel might improve it a bit, but not an absolute necessity to make the car 'work'.
The Fairlane wheelcovers are also 'right' for the car although something like a 'Lancer' or even AMT's single bar flippers from the '40 S/D kit would also work well.
This is close in concept and style to the '36 Coupe I have started for the Kustom build-off, maybe you should move it over tp GAS # 2.
