On the green at ROSS 2012
Hello all, went down to a little town called Ross today, they have a little show each year called "On the green at Ross", about 700-800 cars turned up this year, every thing from your typical pommy offerings, MG, JAG, ROVER ETC, a couple of jap clubs, MX5 club , about 50 EH's and HR's, a few MOPARS, and lots of USA iron.
Here's a few pics, a very small selection, will do them in blocks as my computer is not very big or fast.
Pick-ups& utes.
Spotted this as we arrived, an old couple of about 70+ own this.
note the #plate!!
will upload more when i,ve got some more time.( slow computer),.

Re: On the green at ROSS 2012
Great pics. Does the old heart good to see so many old classics saved from the crusher and made into beautiful machinery. And the old d5n ...mates dad had one and I have loved them ever since.
So bung another dollar coin in that computer mate and whack up a few more ........

Yeah Dean, some nice memories in this lot, very casual day, no judges, no entry fee, no ropes , no wankers polishing all day, just an automotive picnic . Missed the best pick-up of all, plus a few vans this time.
An awsome set of US Indies on this thing, looks vdery tuff.
and finish with the most classic van of them all.
will do the sedan selection tomorrow night.

Re: On the green at ROSS 2012
Sorry Allan, only got one shot of that baby, but here's a few more shots of the day for you all.
computer is running fast tonight so will post as many as i can before it trips over and crawls again.
the interior of this Desoto still smelt like an old "new car" should,
This firebird was better than brand new, absolutely immaculate in all aspects.
these will keep you'se busy while i wonder over to the other padock for some more shots.

Re: On the green at ROSS 2012
OK, a bit more eye candy.
Now this one was very sweet!!
just a lazy 70K.
All the badges on this mustang said "GT-A" can any body fill me in on that at all??
This is not something i would take a shot of, BUT, it was so imaculate, it needed to be shown.
There would have been 20 of these thinks there, only took up 6 car spaces though.
This mustang was sooo fat and tuff, the pictures seem to make it lose about 200 kg.
VW has a turbo wrx engine in the rear, radiator and intercooler up front,
Well, if you could not find anything at this gathering to get your heart pumping, you should have gone to church!!
thats all folks, hope everybody found something they liked.

i know that on the GT-A Fairlanes the A refered to it being an auto suspect that the mustang is probably the same
